- Your red, white and blue Medicare card, if you have it yet
- A list of your doctors — everyone you want to keep
- A list of your prescriptions, with the doses
- Your current plan or employer benefits brochure, if you have one
- Your spouse, if they’re going on Medicare too
- Every question you’ve been carrying around
Don’t worry if you can’t find all of it. Come anyway — we’ll work with whatever you have.
