- CALL 1-800 MEDICARE
- When the automated announcement ask, When the automated announcement asked at the beginning,
Tell me what are you calling about? Say, " I NEED MY MEDICARE NUMBER"
(You will be transerred to a live person)
3. Tell the Representative, " I NEED MY MEDICARE NUMBER ALONG WITH MY PART A & PART B EFFECTIVE DATE. I ALSO NEED A NEW CARD."
(they will verify who you are and then give it to you over the phone. WRITE IT DOWN
4. Call our office right away!
