On a Medicare Supplement with a separate
Part D drug plan?
We need your updated medication list to make sure you're on the right drug plan for 2026.
Because of all the changes in the Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare Part D plans have stopped paying commissions to agents. And unfortunately, our legal team has confirmed that if we try to help you enroll in a Part D plan, our Errors & Omissions insurance will no longer cover us.
So, even though we can’t submit the enrollment for you this year, we will still review your medication list, compare plans, and let you know which plan is best based on your current prescriptions.
Then, after mid-October, we’ll reach back out with:
- Our recommendation for your best drug plan
- A non-member phone number for that company
- Step-by-step instructions so you can enroll yourself quickly and easily
We don’t like this change any more than you do — but we’re committed to making sure you stay protected with the right coverage.
